Running Technology and Train Station

Near or around the neighborhood I grew up in I was examining my new shoes that had technology built into them to monitor and analyze my running and activities. There was some kind device at the heel of the shoe and then another inside. I then discovered that the shoe had cd-rom that you could eject the disc, presumably insert into computer and download (the old fashion way) your running data.

At some point in this dream, I was in a cave that also appeared to be a train depot. Got the feeling that something had gone wrong and I was maybe in the midst of it- not being chased but, perhaps a helper of some kind.
