Paper Route

Delivering papers to the homes on my street, as an adult. My brother was to show me which homes got papers and which homes did not. He was also to show me where each customer wanted the paper to be delivered. I kept asking him where the next paper was to go but my brother and I increasinly mirrored childlike behaviors- in that he refused to tell me where he papers went or even which direction to go in to get to the next home. Finally, in a period of lucid thinking, I thought rationally and told my brother in very clear, certain terms that he had to tell me where the next paper went or i'd set the bag down and walk away. The tone was serious but not threatening- a mood of assertive professionalism in the middle of a regression to childhood.
