I can't even think of a name for this one
I was driving in my car, in the snow, to someplace in the country. Lots of traffic for a country road. My car was bottoming out and I knew it would get stuck. It did. I had to leave it. The good news was that other people were stuck as well. I noticed they were all getting their sleds out and sledding down a nearby highway. I did the same. I worried that I was completely abandoning my car. Some driver-turn-sledder and I discussed the advantages and disadvantages of sledding the intended way versus backwards-- in this particular situation. I think we debated this because I was using a sled that my older sister had and used when we were kids- a sled that did slide more effectively if turned around.
Can't explain it, but then I became a giant and walked out of the snow. Each stride I took was probably a mile. The earth looked like some hobbyist's model of a countryside. I remember walking "home" (not sure where that was) and then walking to Denver which didn't take any time at all. Once in Denver I remember having to do something for my dad. I can't remember what it involved. I shrunk the normal size. I accepted hundreds of dollars from my dad-all rolled up, mashed up bills (some over 100 years old) and was told to go buy something. I can't remember what.
